DANIELLE BARTLETT

Danielle joined Tierney Stauffer LLP in January 2024 as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group.
Danielle moved to Ottawa from Southern Ontario in 2008 to complete her undergraduate and legal studies and has proudly been a resident of Ottawa ever since.
Danielle practices in the areas of Estates Litigation and Personal Injury, focusing on claims in the areas of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls/Trip and Falls, Medical Malpractice, Disability Claims and Sexual Assault. Since her call to the bar in 2017, Danielle has represented clients recovering from various types of injuries who have been impacted by serious accidents.
She has extensive experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as handling matters at various administrative tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal and Social Security Tribunal, dealing with ODSP and CPP-Disability appeals respectively. Danielle has also been a guest speaker at the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA) Annual Civil Litigation Conference.
Danielle has been a member of the External Relations Committee for the CCLA and an articling student mentor.
Danielle works in our Ottawa office, but also travels to our locations in Cornwall and Kingston as needed to meet with clients on personal injury matters.
When she is not in the office, Danielle loves travelling, watching 90s TV shows and practicing yoga.
