Charlotte McCurdy is a compassionate, approachable lawyer who has been practising wills, estates, trusts and elder law, as well as corporate/commercial law and residential and commercial real estate, including financing, for over 32 years. She was first called to the Bar in Manitoba in 1992 and relocated to Ottawa in 2021. Charlotte is licensed to practice in both Ontario and Manitoba and maintains a strong community presence.
Her practice focuses primarily on estate and incapacity planning – from very simple to extremely complex – including business succession planning, as well as estate administration, guardianship/committeeship matters and business law. Charlotte advises small, mid-size and larger businesses, including start-ups.
