Brennan Richardson joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as a Summer Student in 2024 and returned as an Articling Student in 2025. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026 and immediately joined the firm’s Associate Group.

Brennan practices in the area of personal injury litigation, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall and trip and fall claims, medical malpractice, disability claims, and sexual assault matters.

During his articling term, Brennan gained experience across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including frequent appearances before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Superior Court of Justice. He also conducted multiple trials.

Brennan earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa in 2025, graduating cum laude.

Born and raised in North Bay, Ontario, Brennan is proud to continue providing legal services throughout Northern and Eastern Ontario. While he primarily works from the firm’s Ottawa office, he also travels to the firm’s Cornwall, North Bay, and Kingston offices as needed to meet with clients on personal injury matters.
