BRENDAN LOWRY

Brendan Lowry joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as an articling student in 2023. During his time as an articling student, he gained considerable experience in all areas of civil litigation. After being called to the bar in 2024, Brendan returned to Tierney Stauffer LLP as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department.
During his articling term, Brendan gained a wealth of experience in many areas of civil litigation, including frequent appearances in the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Social Security Tribunal of Canada, and the Superior Court of Justice.
Brendan graduated from Queen’s University in 2019, where he obtained a Bachelors of Commerce Degree, and returned to Queen’s University in 2020 to complete his Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Brendan is currently building his practice in Civil litigation, with a particular focus on Construction and Employment law. Brendan works in our Ottawa office, but travels to our other locations as needed to meet with clients and attend to various matters.
Outside of law, Brendan enjoys spending time outdoors pursuing his interests in golf, hiking, and skiing.
