Teena joined the firm as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group in 2006. Prior to joining Tierney Stauffer LLP, Teena practiced with two other local law firms where she gained experience in family law, municipal law, personal injury, accident benefits, insurance litigation and disability claims. She practices in areas of personal injury litigation, including disability claims, commercial litigation, construction litigation, contract litigation, and insurance litigation. Teena has experience appearing before the CPP Review Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice. Teena works in our Ottawa office, but also travels to our locations in Cornwall and Kingston as needed to meet with clients on personal injury matters.
