In July 2014, Michael joined the Partnership at Tierney Stauffer LLP. Michael has been a strong member of the team since July 2006, when he joined as an Associate in the Business Law practice group.
Michael currently practices in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and Real Estate Law with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate and Mortgages. He is also experienced in the Corporate area, helping clients with Incorporations and Reorganizations, Professional Corporations, Bankruptcy and Insolvency issues, Shareholders Agreements and Shareholder’s Rights and Remedies.
