Kevin joined Tierney, Stauffer LLP in February 2021. He has a rich business and legal background having worked in the financial services industry and as legal counsel in the public and private sector.
Kevin is a proud Ottawa native, heralding from the west end of the city. He attended Carleton University and is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (Economics and then later, Law).
He has helped individuals and businesses with a variety of litigation matters, having litigated numerous employment, business, insurance, estate and construction law disputes over the course of a legal career spanning more than twenty years. He also has considerable experience in personal injury and disability cases.
He has appeared in the Superior Court of Justice and argued matters before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeals Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Ontario Municipal Board, Landlord and Tenant Board and the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board.
