KAITLIN BRENNAN

Kaitlin Brennan joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as a summer student in 2017. She returned for a second summer term in 2018 and completed her articles in 2020, where she gained considerable exposure to all areas of civil litigation. After her call to the Bar in 2020, Kaitlin rejoined the firm as an Associate in the civil litigation group.
Kaitlin’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance litigation and personal injury. Kaitlin works in our Ottawa office, but also travels to our locations in Cornwall and Kingston as needed to meet with clients on personal injury and construction matters. Kaitlin has considerable experience appearing in the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Divisional Court, and several administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
When she is not in the office, Kaitlin loves to hike and camp, or is off snowboarding in the winter months.
