Graeme Postma joined Tierney Stauffer LLP in 2025. Graeme was called to the Ontario bar in 2024, and prior to joining Tierney Stauffer LLP, worked for a mid-size firm in Ottawa where he gained significant experience in various areas of law, including construction litigation, family law, and insurance litigation.
Graeme is an associate in the civil litigation department, and his practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation and personal injury litigation. Graeme regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the landlord and tenant board on several occasions.
Graeme works in the Ottawa office, but travels to our offices in Cornwall and Kingston as needed to meet clients, or for court appearances.
When not in the office, Graeme will be in the kitchen, hiking, or staying active.
