Our Ottawa office has an opening for a Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate Lawyer with at least 2 years’ experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, incorporations, dissolutions, amalgamations, business and asset purchases and sales, financing transactions, shareholders agreements and reorganizations.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience level. Compensation includes a base salary and a performance bonus based upon results.
