Ottawa Civil Litigation Lawyer
Vincent Charest joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as an articling student in 2021. After his call to the Bar in 2022, Vincent rejoined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Department.
Vincent is a graduate of the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Moncton.
During his time at law school, Vincent was involved in several extracurricular activities such as the Law and Technology Student Society, the Law-Med games, and the Bastarache Moot, where he was a finalist for the top litigator award.
During his articling year, Vincent gained significant exposure to various areas of civil litigation, including frequent appearances in the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Landlord Tenant Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice.
Vincent is currently building a practice in civil litigation, focusing on Employment, Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation. Vincent works in our Ottawa office but also travels to our locations in Cornwall and Kingston as needed to meet with clients on personal injury matters. Vincent is also proud to serve clients in both official languages.
Outside the office, Vincent loves to play hockey and golf and is an avid football fan.
