We are seeking a senior law clerk to join us at our busy Ottawa office located on Carling Avenue. The successful candidate would work in our litigation department with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury.
An excellent work ethic, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a sense of humor are all qualities that the successful applicant will bring to this position. The successful candidate should be proficient in the use of standard legal software. Specifically, the candidate should have experience in drafting statements of claim and briefs, as well as in accident benefits.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in litigation but would consider the right candidate with other experience levels in litigation as well. This is a permanent full-time position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
