Stephen G. Tierney

Stephen is the founder and Managing Partner of Tierney Stauffer LLP. His practice is dedicated to helping business owners and managers start their businesses with the proper structure, deal with the issues that come with growth and plan for the eventual sale of their businesses. The advice Stephen provides includes the areas of business structure, financing and succession. As the senior corporate lawyer at Tierney Stauffer LLP, Stephen oversees and directs the dedicated team of lawyers and staff who provide business law services to meet all the requirements of today’s modern business. Stephen also works closely with business owners, commercial and residential developers, and financial institutions in purchases, sales, mortgages and business mergers and acquisitions.

Over the past 12 years, Stephen has sat on the Fundraising Committee for St. Patrick’s Home Foundation annual charity golf tournament.  In 2008, he sat at the Chairman of the Fundraising Charity Golf Tournament Committee.  The firm has raised in excess of $500,000.00 for the Home.
