Susan joined the firm in 2001 as an Articling Student. In 2002, she returned as an Associate and, in 2007, Susan became a Partner. Susan practices civil litigation, specializing in personal injury law, medical malpractice, and insurance law.

As an active member of the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA), Susan spent a number of years as Chair of the New Lawyers and Articling Students Continuing Legal Education Committee and has spoken at numerous CLE programs for the CCLA and Advocates Society. Susan has also been a guest speaker at the Annual Solicitors Conference at Chateau Montebello.

Susan is general counsel to the Canadian Society of Forensic Scientists and is a past member of the Fundraising Committees for both the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa-Valley and the Charity Golf Tournament Committee for St. Patrick’s Home Foundation.

Susan is also an avid supporter of the Ontario Paraplegic Association and has helped to establish a Pro-Bono Clinic for their members.
