Frank joined the firm in 1983 as a Partner. Frank’s practice focuses on personal injury claims. He exclusively acts for plaintiffs and has successfully negotiated and settled thousands of claims arising out of serious injury or death.
Frank has dealt with injuries and deaths arising out of automobile, aviation and train accidents. In many of these cases, he retains and relies upon forensic engineers and other expert witnesses.
As a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and Medical Malpractice Specialty Group, he has represented clients on many medical malpractice cases and he has successfully negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements.
Historically, Frank has represented the police department and various police agencies. He has appeared before many tribunals and hearings arising out of police shooting deaths and other related matters.
Frank has appeared in all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada as lead counsel.
Frank has sat on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa Valley and is a past Chairman of their Fundraising Committee. He is also a past Chairman of the Fundraising Charity Golf Tournament Committee for St. Patrick’s Home Foundation. During his tenure as Chairman, the Fundraising Committee raised more than $500,000 for the home.
Currently, Frank sits on the Fundraising Committee to raise $3 million for the Dermatology Centre of Excellence in its continued fight against skin cancer.
